Welcome - what to expect on arrival
For your convenience we have provided starters of toilet paper, kitchen paper, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent and hotel size soap, shampoo and conditioner.
On arrival, please present your guest passes and filled out parking pass to Eliza who is our property manager and service provider. Eliza will give you a set of keys and show you around.
Please inspect the house with Eliza and let us know should you have any concerns or questions.
Advise her if you will be requesting cooking services and let her know your preference for breakfast and time of day for cleaning your bedroom.
We ask kindly that you make sure to turn off the AC when not occupying the bedrooms.
Services included in your rental:
Floor sweeping and mopping - once daily
Making beds - once daily
Change of bed linens and bath towels - every 4 days
Bathroom cleaning - once daily
Kitchen cleaning - once a day
Doing the dishes - only comes with the cooking service
Garden maintenance - twice daily
Accompanying guests into town and offering shopping advice. Tips greatly appreciated.
Optional paid services
The following services are direct cash payments to Eliza, our property manager and service provider. Please pay Eliza on an as you go basis rather than on the last day.
Air Conditioning (if requested) - US$5 per bedroom
Fees cover up to a max of 7 guests.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner - US$15.00 a day
- Only breakfast - $5.00
- Only lunch - $5.00
- Only Supper - $7.00
Please note: the purchase of groceries is the financial responsibility of the guest.
Shopping service - US$ 20.
Please note: guest to provide cash, Eliza will provide receipts.
Personal laundry - US$4.00 per load including drying and folding (we do not allow our guests to operate the washer and dryer)
Change of bed and bath linens if more frequent than every 4 days - US$16.00 per bedroom including ensuite bathroom
Hand car wash - US$2.00
